I have designed a poe hat and was test fitting it using your model but it did not work correctly the poe header is correct distance from the screw hole centre but not from the 40 pin the 40 pin should be aligned centred with the screw holes at each end but. Searching for fusion 360 cad. Would so use this on a future robotics design. Have a good day.
