Mockups 3 for desktop has now been replaced by balsamiq wireframes for desktop.

Balsamiq wireframes is a rapid low fidelity ui wireframing tool that reproduces the experience of sketching on a notepad or whiteboard but using a computer. Locate and select the control panel menu then select add or remove programs icon. Select the balsamiq mockups and then click remove uninstall.
