All of a sudden my png images with transparent backgrounds are only showing up with black backgrounds in captivate. Convert it as png. If the background is still black proceed with the fixes below.
A png file or an icn or svg one may not have transparency.
I thought it was the photoshop at first but when i tried to pull old png images in that showed up fine before the black background showed up. These images are one i created and exported using save for web. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. 8 points 2 years ago.
